I had a very disappointing experience with Reagor Dykes Downtown. Mackey the salesman was very helpful, but things changed once I reached the phase of negotiating with Tanner. My wife and I spent about 4 hours in their office, finally agreeing on a price. He pushed hard to convince me to purchase an extended warranty, and was very disappointed when I declined. Bought a car in May and am having to do 2000$ worth of repair 6 months later. They obviously bullshitted the inspection and love ripping people off. My recommendation is never go here.
It is 2018. Customer service is almost NON Existent!! Thanks to Scott Faison from Reagor Dykes Downtown , Customer service is definitely a TOP PRIORITY!!!!
