The staff made me feel right at home, like I’d known them my whole life. They listen to my concerns and advise on each one I shared, which is very important too me being a walk in call patient patient. They got me in and out in just one day, and it was honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced since COVID.”

From the consultation all the way through the staff and Dr. Reagan has been amazing. Not the easiest thing in my 30s getting braces but they are helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Anyone would be lucky to work with this team!
Every visit is great at Reagin Orthodontics! The office is so welcoming and the entire staff is jovial and friendly without seeming disingenuous. That is a real testament to leadership and culture, and what happens when you hire the right people. They are always efficient, yet thoroughly forthcoming.
