The tenant vacated at the end of July 2021 per the lease agreement. We asked for a personal inspection to be done by **************. After many requests we were told it wasn't necessary because we sent pictures. We found that our washer and dryer had been stolen and the guest bathroom tub and tile shower surround had been painted over. The home was dirty, a/c filters were clogged and ... read more
