They were truly concerned with the best care for our horse, up-to-date on alternative and pharmaceutical options and were not just trying to sell treatments or drugs to make money. I will use them for all of our horses!
Excellent facility and amazing staff! Cares for Pender County Animal Shelter, Cape Fear Equine Rescue and Penderosa Rescue and Sanctuary, as well as my personal herd. Nothing but great things to say about them and their quality of medicine.
Dr. Reagan is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable , thorough, willing to explain procedures, and easily available to answer any question.

They ALWAYS take good care of our horses. Even if it’s at 1:00am they show up happily with smiling faces and stay until all is safe again. We love this group of fine people!!!
