I had a very poor experience with these apartments and I would not recommend renting there. We stopped by to check about renting an apartment and no one was in the office. We waited for an hour before someone showed up. When he finally did show up, Ashton seemed out of breath and overwhelmed. He gave us a tour and after we said we were interested he said the admin. First let me start by saying that I have rented 7 apts prior to this in my lifetime and I have NEVER had an experience like this. First off ---ROACHES-- the apt complex has an infestation. While some tenants are okay with living like this, we were not. However, I still gave them grace to resolve the situation since I am a very reasonable individual. Do not rent here!!! AC has been out for over 12 days (during this time we’ve had multiple heat advisories) at this apartment and the front office staff do not care. The maintenance guys are great and have tried to help but are not AC men. Front office staff have lost the keys to our unit so they have no way of getting in for maintenance or an emergency. The keypad (alternative way of getting into the unit) has also been broken on our door since the move in and supposedly on back order.
Lisa the property manager is the best.! She really went out her way to help me move. I love these apartments and I love the area.
Poor maintenance! Almost everything was broken and had to be fixed since the time we moved in. The apartment was never ready in the first place. The complaints are never addressed on time. And even when it's addressed it's never done properly. There are still cobwebs everywhere. I don't know what they consider as emergency, because plumbing problems are also taken lightly.
