$50 fees every other month. We have had consistent renters insurance the entirety of the 2 years living in these apartments and constantly get charged $50 renters liability fees. When we provide proof that our policy is VERY MUCH in place and if a claim needed to be filed we would be covered, WE STILL get charged. Why? Because Reagan is using a faulty third party instead of verifying for themselves. I have been charged 4 times that’s $200, it’s stealing from residents at this point. A very good, nice and safe place to live
The new leasing agent Ashton and maintenance manager Efrain are such great people and are very caring of their residents if it wasn’t for them I would have left in the spring when my lease was up. Thank you guys for being an advocate for us residents!
