Been living here since 2021 and seen many changes, the staff currently in the office has been very helpful and friendly. I definitely would recommend living here!
Moved here in January 2025, I have been hit with $50 fees for anything and everything. Unprofessional when asked for corporate and I was told by Luz a manager (they will tell you the same) how childish response. Unit 6103..... Do not rent here!
In 2023 it was great but now new management took over and let anyone rent. I had to move, my next door neighbor was smoking all day. The gate is never closed. Cars are getting stolen.
I was in urgent need to get out of potentially dangerous living situation and when I applied to Reagan At Bear Creek, everything went extremely smooth and quickly. Carlos was absolutely wonderful in making this happen in less than a week. I am thrilled with my new home! Thank you Carlos to your dedication and hard work, I will be forever grateful!
