I had a terrible experience at Regan at Bear Creek Apartments. I parked in the guest parking area while visiting friends and registered my vehicle shortly after parking, but within a few hours my car had already been towed. The guest parking policy feels extremely unfair and poorly managed. This situation was very frustrating and stressful.
