Dispicable Management and Apartments! – I am done with this place! They have poor management. Poor maintenance. Poor property and buildings. The management team and workers are very, very unfriendly. They do not care about the tenants as long as they have their rent money. I have had many problems with my apartment and the maintenance team do not respond in a timely manner and do not fix the problem, as my problems kept returning. This place is a nightmare – This complex sells far more than it delivers. You will always have the stench of your neighbor's dog doing its business outside your window. The attitude after you sign a lease is "Screw You, Pay me" . This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in for the price, and you can do MUCH better at a place in Ballantyne area for less money.
