The place is amazing! It's definitely a great find for any entrepreneur or small company. Great facility. The GM Torrey is very helpful and amazing to work with. Very much recommended this if you are starting or running a small business. Update! Well this place has gone down hill since the old manager Torrey left. Warehouse is horribly hot, wifi is horrible in the units, new manager and staff could careless about any tenants needs. I am a small business that continues to level up step by step. This location checks all of my boxes. I haven't moved in yet, however, I am so grateful for this concept. The price is just right for everything that is included: a secure building, security cameras, free printer, free wifi, docks with high garages, utility sinks, pallet jacks, extra space as you continue to grow, it's clean, break room, bathrooms, free conference rooms. I am moving out after just 3 months. The concept is great but the execution is sorely lacking. I make body butter, which is heat sensitive. I told the building manager Torrey several times that I would need an air conditioned unit. She showed me one of the hottest units in the building. I expressed concern and she assured me that the AC from the lobby beside us would "filter into" our unit. I trusted her and signed the lease. She was 100% wrong. Over the past four months I've greatly appreciated the staff and management at ReadySpaces, especially Torrey the general manager. She is constantly going out of her way to help myself and other tenants in the warehouse, which really helps bolster the mood of everyone around. Her positive attitude is infectious and she does a great job of updating everyone about stuff like the internet, new spaces available, and more.
