Trevor fixed the A/C situation . After many months of no resolution, he interviewed many different contractors and got the office hooked up. It was very pleasant this week when it got into the 80's. I currently rent 3 units for various parts of my business. I can expand or shrink as my business evolves. Nothing is perfect, but the pricing is competitive, the services are good, and the other tenants have become friends. I give credit to Trevor because he handles all the different personalities with aplomb.
I have been with ReadySpaces for 5 years and it has been a wonderful ride. The facility is great, it has everything you need. There are conference rooms, and a nice lounge. It is a great community of business owners, and Trevor the manager is awesome. He has always helped me whenever I’ve needed it
This place is a complete JOKE. We had a warehouse space there for 3 months and could not stay any longer. 1st - The place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. To the point we could not use the bathroom. They don’t maintain the common areas and you have to deal with bad smells, the worse for me is the bathrooms, you can’t use them without gagging. 2nd - The units are VERY FAR from the parking lot. Not worth it the price you pay for not being able to park close to your unit. You think that’s not a big problem until you see yourself doing... read more
Easy to access, generally clean, and the secure mail room is a big plus. Sometimes the wi-fi can be a little iffy, and parking is sometimes at a premium (especially when people block the one-way alley on the side of building). Those dings would drop this review to 4 stars if not for their site manager, Trevor. He’s super responsive, polite, personable, and actively works to get things fixed when you ask about them.
