This is an awesome place to run a small business! Management is top tier. Amazing location. Close to everything. Facility is clean, conference room and offices available, a forklift if needed. 24/7 accessibility. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Cheers!!

This place is a gem, especially Chelsea the manager. Great shared warehousing space with ample dock high doors, amenities like pallet jacks and forklifts, a break room and clean bathrooms - all at a reasonable price. For a small and emerging business like ours, these types of places are hard to find!

My experience here has been great! Having all the amenities of a large warehouse, but only renting a small part of it has been perfect for my business. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful so overall, just a really nice place to use as my warehouse.

The overall operation is good, but the coordination with the three carriers needs improvement. In Seattle ReadySpaces, three carriers arrived daily without requiring appointments. Since this warehouse is managed by ReadySpaces, logistics with carriers should be between them, with a clear SOP in place, such as daily pickups from a central area. We love having our business at Ready Spaces Tukwila. Chelsea, the manager is so helpful and addresses any issues right away. The warehouse is clean and the equipment is well taken care of. The docks and ramp are great.
