I was a tenant at ReadySpaces’ Tukwila location for 3 years. In that time, we’ve changed and upgraded units, had personnel trained onsite with their forklift, and received essential deliveries with ease. Throughout it all, Chelsea Runaas has been a bedrock of our experience there and she is an extraordinary Facilities Manager. Chelsea is AMAZING!!! So responsive and friendly, the environment she creates always feels safe and friendly. She always checks in to make sure the tenants are happy and experiencing everything that ReadySpaces aims to offer!
Chelsea the Community Manager goes out of her way to bring in treats, has coffee for everyone in the office, puts on great events. Great environment for business!
Great warehouse. Chelsea is great. Everything is always really clean. Literally can't ask for better.
