This review is about the employee Hannah that works at this location. Called to find out some info on ready spaces and she gave our employee and attitude and was incredibly rude to them for simply asking questions. Julissa at the Farmers Branch location is absolutely wonderful to work with but I would stay far away from Round Rock if you don't want to deal with rude and obnoxious customer service.
ReadySpaces in Round Rock has been a fantastic spot for us to store our supplies and work out of. The space is always clean, well-kept, and organized, making it easy for us to manage our day-to-day operations. Tanna, the manager, is incredible—she’s super easy to work with and always on top of everything. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made our experience seamless. We’re grateful for such a reliable and well-maintained space to support our business!
