We have been tenants for almost 1 year and have nothing but great things to say about RS and their staff. The on-site manager is very helpful and available and the other tenants are friendly and "neighborly"; its a like a small family (I guess we are all doing our different things but have similar needs in a shared warehouse space). We also like the location as there is plenty of food, hardware stores, grocery, and drug stores in a 1 block radius.
I just rented my space in Rigdewood, NY a few weeks ago. Danielle, the General Manager, has been excellent so far, helping me to settle down and paying attention and giving quick solid answers to my every need.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Ready Space to secure the perfect office space for our company, Equilibrium Group. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I started my company here 2 years ago. So far I can say this is one of the best decisions I've made - they have units with different size - you have lots of options to choose. The contract terms are also friendly. They have multiple pallet jacks onsite. You will have to share them with other people but most of the time there is at least one available. My company is a new tenant to Ready Spaces in Ridgewood, Queens N.Y. We were in need of warehouse space quickly. The facilities Sr. General Manager, Ms. Danielle Kriss is very professional and pleasant to deal with, she immediately removed all the stress from our relocation to this new space.
