I've been a tenant at this facility since January and it's been an awful experience on all accounts. The elevator situation is a nightmare and the passenger elevator has been broken more often than actually working which means I've had to schlep my equipment up and down 4 flights of stairs. I've had issues with the roll doors of the landing dock not closing properly. Have been a tenant here for over a year. The space itself is fine, and the price is good. Danielle does her best, but she's wildly understaffed. There's no one to keep an eye on basic maintenance for the building--making sure carts are available, mail is getting dopped off where it should be, and most importantly, elevators are ready. Our office is on a higher floor and it's an absolute nightmare dealing with the elevators. The passenger one is broken constantly, and the freights are impossible to find. We have been tenants for almost 1 year and have nothing but great things to say about RS and their staff. The on-site manager is very helpful and available and the other tenants are friendly and "neighborly"; its a like a small family (I guess we are all doing our different things but have similar needs in a shared warehouse space). We also like the location as there is plenty of food, hardware stores, grocery, and drug stores in a 1 block radius.
