I’ve had a great experience at ReadySpaces in Ridgewood. The facility is clean, secure, and professionally maintained, making it a great place to operate my business. One of my favorite features is the members’ lounge. It’s a comfortable space to step away for a few minutes, recharge, answer emails, or take a break during a busy workday. I've been a tenant at this facility since January and it's been an awful experience on all accounts. The elevator situation is a nightmare and the passenger elevator has been broken more often than actually working which means I've had to schlep my equipment up and down 4 flights of stairs. I've had issues with the roll doors of the landing dock not closing properly.
