It takes an ongoing pattern of problems, combined with an unproductive management response, for me to feel compelled to write something like this. The manager Jonathan is amazing! He always has a great attitude. The last manager never addressed issues I would come to him with. Jonathan has cleaned bathrooms, fixed the refrigerator & tidied the break room when I came to him with concerns. He has tremendously changed the aura at this place, we now have calm music through-out the hallways lol! He's a joy to see in passing during my busy work days.
Entitled manager at this location. Will be terminating my contract. Such a horrible experience.
Had been leasing one of their SSF spaces for a few years. Other than a rodent and spider problem, it’s pretty good and the manager is very considerate and attentive to keeping the warehouse clean. That said, the experience with their corporate office is another story, as I had just called to ask why I still haven’t received a refund for November’s rent + deposit after ending my lease in October, and it’s now December 12th.
