The delivery was scheduled for Feb 11. I got no email or text messages on my delivery and the truck did not show up and the water was not delivered. I called Primo and the guy told me I rescheduled the delivery to Feb 27 on the app. That was ridiculous. I ran out of water and I rescheduled for what? This guy said he could reschedule it again to Feb 17 and he insisted that it was not them who caused the delay. Everything went downhill once they took over ready refresh. I’ve attempted to cancel my subscription serval times , but still received deliveries. When I attempted to rectify this I wasn’t able to get my issue resolved, despite spending a significant amount of time on the phone.

The most unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with. Every delivery for the past 6-8 months was rescheduled multiple times. Also had service set up for my water cooler. Was told someone had to be home. Spent a day at home waiting for it to be rescheduled for next day. Next day spent at home and it was rescheduled for the following day. This went on 4 times. Company is extremely unprofessional. Try calling customer service. You’re on hold for 40 minutes for them to just forward you to complete their survey. I wouldn’t recommend ... read more

So unreliable. So expensive. No local customer service, only scheduling people in an offsite location. I'm investigating whole house filtration. It's got to be cheaper and more reliable in the long term.
