Supervisor was not helpful when I spoke of a driver making inappropriate comments - she of course, blamed the victim as to why it was not reported sooner. Not a smart move and will follow up with my lawyer
Asked to speak with a supervisor regarding still getting billed for a canceled account, she was dreadful! They keep billing after the account was closed 6 months ago
Impossible to cancel - they keep billing AFTER you cancel -horrible customer service!
Horrible service. They make it impossible for you to cancel your service and charge you for deliveries you didn’t authorize.
The delivery was scheduled for Feb 11. I got no email or text messages on my delivery and the truck did not show up and the water was not delivered. I called Primo and the guy told me I rescheduled the delivery to Feb 27 on the app. That was ridiculous. I ran out of water and I rescheduled for what? This guy said he could reschedule it again to Feb 17 and he insisted that it was not them who caused the delay.
