Horrible service all around, this company was bad when it was readyrefresh. Now its even worse. I kept canceling my 4 corporate accounts and switched to buying my own filtered inline water dispensers. They Kept fraudulently sending me a bill 2 months after. They are either dimwitted & incompetent or just scammers. Be warned stay clear of them they will entrap you!!!

Supervisor was not helpful when I spoke of a driver making inappropriate comments - she of course, blamed the victim as to why it was not reported sooner. Not a smart move and will follow up with my lawyer
