Do NOT sign up with this crap company. Once you sign up for recurring deliveries, they make it impossible to stop it. You can only defer deliveries and not cancel it on the web site. They do not provide a customer service number on their website. Their operators get hostile when you do call them (after finding their number) as they don't want anyone to cancel or remove recurring deliveries. Terrible company
Since they changed to Primos from RedyFresh the service has been declining. Scheduled deliveries don’t show up, then they come to drop off water on unscheduled day without any heads up and say “oh we’re behind on our orders so managers want us to drop off extra water”. When I refused because I had enough water and it was not my scheduled delivery, they skipped the next delivery without any notice. Ready Refresh / Primo Brands has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have been customers since before Ready Refresh and Primo Brands took over. Their customer service and reliability has degraded significantly over the last couple of years. We were supposed to get a delivery of 10 bottles, plus 3 cases of bottled water on Wednesday. Got an email that said they were moving the delivery to Thursday, ok no problem. Thursday, get an email that delivery was rescheduled to Friday, ok, again, no big deal.... read more
I have cancelled my account with this brand. You guys have rescheduled my delivery date, FIVE different times! I was assured that i would get bottles delivered on the date told and it was rescheduled AGAIN. You have lost a customer. I have been with readyrefresh since 2019 and it is unfortunate that this is now the quality the business has become. Do better. Be BETTER.
