Marcus does a great job unloading truckload deliveries of bottled water. Many trucks in and out and he keeps them moving along. Reply to company's comment on my review: Marcus is not a delivery driver. He works in your Somerset location and is responsible for receiving truckload bottled water deliveries.
I have been a customer several years. Deliveries used to be brought to my apartment door. Last 2 months, driver leaves the full bottles downstairs and doesn't bother collecting the empties. Had it scheduled again to collect empties but he doesn't climb stairs to collect them. Parts of my orders are missing since they're either left outside or in common areas. It's become an awful experience and I'm going to cancel the service since it's never right anymore and items are either stolen or not delivered. Shame, the company used... read more
