The most unreliable water delivery company. Delivery pushed 4-5 times the last two months alone and customer service doesn’t pick up the phone
Ever since they took over ready refresh the logistics have been terrible. Our delivery was delayed 4 times over the course of 3 weeks, they left the bottles at the wrong apartment (despite us having no issues over the last year) resulting in not picking up our empty bottles and have now delayed that three more times. Please let Ready Refresh manage their previous clients because you guys are awful. The bottle costs and delivery fee increasing in the midst of all this was truly the slap in the face.

Marcus does a great job unloading truckload deliveries of bottled water. Many trucks in and out and he keeps them moving along. Reply to company's comment on my review: Marcus is not a delivery driver. He works in your Somerset location and is responsible for receiving truckload bottled water deliveries.
