Signed up through BJ's. Was running out of waters, and i checked the app. Was already scheduled for delivery the next day!! Delivered total is less expensive than store bought, with delivery fees. Love the app, and the service is amazing. Highly recommended.
Find somewhere else to get your water unless you like hanging on to your empty jugs for weeks, sometimes months at a time. The drivers love dropping the full jugs on your doorstep and running off without taking the empties. Might as well throw the empties away at this point
Awful company, do NOT open an account with them. Originally opened an account with them in January 2022 for delivery but then after they charged my card and rescheduled my delivery twice, I was told they actually don't service my area. I had to request a refund which they did give and I thought that was the end of it. Now a year and a half later I randomly get a charge on my card from them with an "expected delivery" email. Literally no authorization from me or request to charge my card or set up a delivery
Initially, I loved ReadyRefresh's service - consistent deliveries, easy adjustments, and affordability. However, I recently discovered they've silently jacked up the price of each 5-gallon jug from $8.99 to $12.99! A 45% price increase?? Despite reaching out, they shrugged it off, offering only a meager discount on future orders. Their lack of transparency and significant price hike is unacceptable. I've opted for a more reasonable option at Shaws, where I can get the same jug for $6.49 each with no surprises.
