ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE TO GET YOUR WATER DELIVERED ON TIME!!!! If I could give Ready Fresh a negative -10 stars, I would. The scheduled delivery dates are NEVER, EVER, on time!!!! The date you except to receive your water, one receives a text message stating the delivery date has been RESCHEDULED to another date. When the "rescheduled" date arrives, your water does NOT!!! Delivery guys are great, but the service is terrible. Always 5-7 days past scheduled delivery.
By far the worst company in existence. 10 days 10 cancellations. Only good thing is they call and text every night to tell you they won't be there.
Scammers!
Shady business practice is what they do. We have asked them repeatedly to pick up the water dispenser for the last two months. They say every week they are getting it but still keep billing us. I have reported them to BBB. If there is a class action against their shady unethical business I will definitely sign on. Avoid this company like the plague. Truly awful company that can’t be trusted.
