No local phone number, NO customer service. I-800 number hangs up on you and that is the only number given out. Totally unacceptable. Just shut up and take our water plebian - that is their attitude. This company sucks!!!
I love having cold water. Water bottles can be left all over not knowing whose bottle it is so it’s wasted water. Having this dispenser allows me to drink all of my water without wasting it. I have had my dispenser for a while now and I don’t have any negative feedback to give. I just happen to look them up to see if they would be closed tomorrow due to the snow. It’s my delivery day tomorrow. I signed up in Sam’s club and been pleased since. 🤞🤞
All I can say is I should have read the reviews before I let that salesman sign me up in my local Sam’s club, billing is horrible. I have now gone 4months without water in my home from the company. There is a billing part of the app but why because you make an order and it shows you have no amount due then all weird times of the week or week before you are getting charges for amounts you have no idea about and boom the day of your order you have been skipped and the next delivery date is a month out. I’ve reported this company to the BBB. I cancelled my service but the company refuses to pick up their equipment so I’m being charged monthly. Worst experience ever! I was over charged multiple times, I’d pay extra for water and it wouldn’t be delivered. Ultimately I had to cancel service because monthly there were billing and delivery issues and now they are still trying to attempt to steal money from me! What a horrible customer experience.
I agree with another client. Very poor customer service. Very poor website. Very poor business. I had a delivery scheduled, waited all day and NOTHING! called an hour after. Said did not make it on the truck, wtf!Then said they will expedite 6 days later and remove $5 from the delivery fee. Meanwhile I have no water and had to purchase a bottle. This is the second time this has happened.
