Since they merged they have become the absolute pits. I have had repeated delayed or cancelled orders and just had one go from Tues to Friday to the following Friday. I cancelled and asked when they are picking up the empties. Answer? Next Wednesday. Anyone see the insanity in that response. AVOID THEM.
Try others. And they don't care if you complains for their errors. Poor customer services.
They are only getting worse - my delivery is late every single month - I have to go out and buy gallons from supermarkets
Service became TERRIBLE after the merger with Primo. Cancelled my service after 2+ years. Cancelled deliveries, missing bottles, incorrect bottles, poor customer service/no way to reach via telephone. You name it and it's a problem. Strongly recommend choosing another company for your needs.
