Go elsewhere!!! Read reviews. I have a stack of 12 bottles that needed to be picked up. They delivered 4 more bottles and didn’t take any empties. I waited for 20 minutes on the phone and was told MAYBE they can come next Monday, a week away, to pick them up. We do not get a refund for empties. It’s not like store bought water. My suggestion….. buy a dispenser from Home Depot and buy the water you need. This company is NOT customer friendly. Act as if we are doing them the favor! Water was supposed to be delivered today 3/17/2025 by 6pm. Checking the updates on the site said it was out for delivery. 8pm now and the updates say it will be delivered the 24th. This is a constant issue with scheduling. They reschedule as they like without contacting us to let us know.
Jerry was absolutely awesome and resolved all our issues.
Jerry did a wonderful job cleaning our water dispenser. It’s sparkles! He was very professional, as well as personable.
