Absolutely terrible. I have an account with 4 locations and the service is worse than terrible. In addition, when you have a problem with a delivery being pushed off multiple times, you can never get to talk with anyone worth talking to. You end up talking to a kid in another state who cannot do anything and will not put you in touch with your local delivery location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Horrible experience. I’ve had 5 glass bottles waiting to be picked up for 4 weeks now. I’ve been told 4 separate times that they were coming to pick up the bottles and they just don’t come. The customer service is terrible. I want the empty glass bottles picked up and the water cooler.do better.
Worst service ever. Scheduled for auto delivery every 2 weeks. 1st driver pulls in from my house and then pulls off without making the delivery, then I check to see what happened in the app and I see they changed the delivery date to the next scheduled date. Got the 2nd shipment. Same thing happened with the 3rd shipment, driver pulled up and left without making the delivery. Now again the date is changed to the next scheduled date.
What kind of a company is this? Do your merger without affecting the clients. Not single delivery is on track. Without ordering you guys deliver a bottle cleanser and also charge for it ?? What nonsense?.. Not able to contact any of those so called customer service. The bot has meaningless options. Waste of time holding the line.. better to shutdown than running a company which doesn’t provide customer satisfaction.
Go elsewhere!!! Read reviews. I have a stack of 12 bottles that needed to be picked up. They delivered 4 more bottles and didn’t take any empties. I waited for 20 minutes on the phone and was told MAYBE they can come next Monday, a week away, to pick them up. We do not get a refund for empties. It’s not like store bought water. My suggestion….. buy a dispenser from Home Depot and buy the water you need. This company is NOT customer friendly. Act as if we are doing them the favor!
