They will steal your money. They are taking $250 from my check for a late fee . they schedule me for dropping off the load on a day that they are not working and then they say I am late . Now they will take $250 from my check
Update #2 1/24/2026 - Primo rescheduled the 1/22 delivery to today between 12-4pm. Guess what???? It’s canceled and rescheduled for next week. Let’s see if I can beat the record of moving in and out the empty bottles from my house. Update 1/22/2026 - Please Water GOD have another water delivery company join Long Island. Worst service ever. They canceled my orders and rescheduled the service without telling me, after the delivery had already been made. The only thing that arrives on time is the bill. Their customer service is ridiculous as well—they never reply to emails.
Horrible company. They are evidently a national company that bought out ready refresh and since that point the service was terrible because they couldn't attract sufficient staff to manage the customer base. I wouldn't be surprised if what staff they did have was just as dissatisfied as we were. They'd miss delivery after delivery and when we finally had to fire them and go with another local outfit (whose service is great, by the way), they refused to pick up their empty bottles and claimed that they owed no deposit, even t... read more
