Horrible people to deal with get a water purifier, cheaper and better water and no more leaving all the empties bottles at my house then charge me for them- good riddance
Absolute worst. I had the machine for a month and it broke. Then they send a replacement machine that's broken. Then they send a different incompatible machine the 3rd time. Then they come pick up the machine and remainder bottles because we decided to not deal with this anymore. Then they charge a maintenance fee! Terrible first time experience.
Very poor experience. I've been with Ready Refresh for about 7 years now. Two out of the last four deliveries have been screwed up. One was delivered to the wrong address, and the other was cancelled yesterday with no explanation. I waited over 20 minutes to speak woth a representative, and she acted like I was bothering her for requesting an expedited delivery. She was like a broken record, best we can do is the 16th, best we can do is the 16th... Not a care in the world for customer satisfaction. Very dissapointed...
Absolutely terrible. I have an account with 4 locations and the service is worse than terrible. In addition, when you have a problem with a delivery being pushed off multiple times, you can never get to talk with anyone worth talking to. You end up talking to a kid in another state who cannot do anything and will not put you in touch with your local delivery location. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Horrible experience. I’ve had 5 glass bottles waiting to be picked up for 4 weeks now. I’ve been told 4 separate times that they were coming to pick up the bottles and they just don’t come. The customer service is terrible. I want the empty glass bottles picked up and the water cooler.do better.
