We have had to reschedule our water delivery many times. The delivery date would be a certain date and the delivery doesn’t come. It has happened many times.
They keep refusing to pick up my empty bottles even when I put them on delivery instructions. They have a big hangup with this for some reason. They also keep delivering before my scheduled delivery date. About to cancel my service because of it.
I’ve been with Ready Fresh for about three years, going on four, and I’ve decided to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, the pricing increased significantly over $100 a month at its peak. While I understand that prices can go up and they communicated this, it’s tough to handle such a spike, especially during the holiday season when many are budgeting carefully. I appreciate the way Primo Brands/ReadyRefresh reached out to me and corrected the issues I'd had with my orders. The only thing that's good about this company now is the few awesome reps that I've dealt with (and I'm sorry that they have to go through what they have to go through), who've been there through all of the company name changes and are sometimes just as frustrated as I am. Deliveries get changed or canceled with no notice, or they lie and indicate that there is nobody available to take the delivery when my organization closes at 6:00 p.m. and there are still plenty of people around.
