Very rude and pushy company. They don't take , " no thank you", as an answer.
Horrible customer service and delivery.
Saw 2 guys set up on a table at my gym in the middle of December, they told me about the business and I was actually interested so they took down my info along with my business name, assured me that once I’m ready to contact them through an email to get started, fast forward to middle of January I realized those 2 guys I talked to at the the gym signed me up for scheduled orders racking up to 74$ dollars, 12 cases of battles waters in total in only 4 weeks without my consent and I can’t refund the cases of water that again I... read more
We have had to reschedule our water delivery many times. The delivery date would be a certain date and the delivery doesn’t come. It has happened many times.
They keep refusing to pick up my empty bottles even when I put them on delivery instructions. They have a big hangup with this for some reason. They also keep delivering before my scheduled delivery date. About to cancel my service because of it.
