Hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They took over for sparklettes/water.com and now literally cannot do their job. 6 missed deliveries hundreds of dollars in bottles they refuse to pick up. Absolutely the worse company for water delivery…
Absolutely Horrible. Hard to get hold of. Terrible service, unreliable delivery, sending me late payment invoices, late fees that they said they would reverse. I used to also have Sparkletts and then they merged. The website doesn’t match the account balance or when delivery is coming. Spoke to someone for 36 minutes this evening. He said he’d create a case for me and try to reverse my charges and also give me a future monthly discount. Even after receiving multiple apologies I don’t trust my situation will be resolved. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. 3 hours and 10 minutes and 3 service reps to get a schedule of delivery. It's been over 6 weeks. I have no confidence they will keep the schedule they just gave me. Update... We canceled service and have scheduled with them twice to pick up the dispenser. We stayed here from 7a- 530p and no one showed. Today we have been waiting since 7a and it's after 4pm and nobody has come yet. This place is a train wreck.
This company is yet the WORST I have ever dealt with. ISSUE #1 Twice now I’ve received an email notifying me of a delivery on an old account I have CANCELLED. ISSUE #2 Keeps cancelling deliveries on my NEW ACTIVE account. Is it really that hard to put two and two together??!!! “Oh this account is cancelled, but wait, I see in my system that another account number that’s currently active…maybe I should reference this active account number on all correspondes just so it doesn’t confusion.” Are the staff really this incompetent... read more
Zero stars. This company was bad to begin with and then they got bought out by Ready refresh and now not only did the delivery schedule get horrendously messed up, I’ve been over charged for MONTHS and finally was able to talk to a customer service rep (wait times to call are 2 hours plus) 2 weeks ago. She said she escalated my account and i’d be reimbursed, lo and behold, I’ve heard nothing back. Endless Emails, phone calls, chat, surveys- nothing has changed.
