They have never delivered as promised. I will be canceling
Since this company took over for our Costco sparklets account, we have been massively overcharged. It is impossible to get any help through customer service. We have called multiple times and gotten dropped every time. I would recommend to stay away.

Worste delivery service known to man. They miss or forget parts of your delivery and never try and fix the issue. Their spring water is also not 100% spring water. They dilute it down 10:1. Just another crappy corporate conglomerate!
Hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They took over for sparklettes/water.com and now literally cannot do their job. 6 missed deliveries hundreds of dollars in bottles they refuse to pick up. Absolutely the worse company for water delivery…
