This company has gone so insufferably downhill. After using them quite some time I have experienced a gradual decline in service and overall quality, satisfaction and reliability. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Communication is not passed along to delivery drivers, and that is if your delivery even makes it to your front door on time - with several rescheduled deliveries along the way. Worst customer service I ever seen. If I may say if there is any! It’s so hard to talk to an agent because there is usually none available. It says so on the AI chat too. No agent available! This company is looking for any excuse to not deliver water or cancel delivery. I would give it zero star if I could!
This is absolutely the WORST company and customer service I have ever experienced. Since switching from Ready Refresh to Primo brands, I have now had two scheduled deliveries canceled on me with no notice or explanation. I tried to reach someone in customer service more than a half a dozen times and have been placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Nobody will answer their calls. I can't even get someone on the phone to cancel my service. ATROCIOUS company!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news here. I am quite shocked, to be honest, that this has a 4.5 rating. I utterly cannot.stand.this.company. They provide me water and headaches. Let me explain: 1) Currently, I've been on hold for 30:55 minutes. This is standard. I suspect I'll be on hold for quite a while longer. 2) Why do I know this?
