worst customer service I ever experienced. All they do is overcharge you for items you never requested. No phone support at all. Huge mistake on my part to get involved with these idiots. DON'T DO IT YOU WILL BE SORRY
I had the worst experience trying to cancel the service. The agent held me on the chat for a long time and would not let me proceed with cancellation. Offers were made for an hour, and after warning them I was printing the chat and exercising my rights over and over they informed it was closed and they would do the pickup. But with a plot twist of $50 I would still own them for some refurbishing. They have my card on file and I can't delete it. I have been a customer of this service since 2004 since it was Niagra. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! I had to put service on hold due to my husband being in the hospital for four months and much to my dismay, a “paper invoice” charge randomly appears on my bill. I called them and they reversed the charge, great. I signed up to pay online hence no need for paper invoice yet upon opening the email today… there it is again. Product and driver is great, however, the billing department doubles the rates when you don't watch your bill.
This company has no presale phone number or chat service. All chat and phone numbers go to customer support. So, they waste your time trying to get your account number and then are dumbfounded when you contact them to actually ask a simple question before you sign up! It is extremely frustrating. When I finally got through the support person, which may be offshored, they were friendly enough.
