I was with ReadyRefresh for years, but ever since Primo Brands took over, the service has gone downhill fast. I’ve had multiple deliveries either rescheduled or flat-out canceled without any notice. And today, it happened again. At 12:30 PM, the app showed my delivery was still scheduled for today — after already being rescheduled twice this week with out a notification. Now, as of 5:45 PM on July 11, it's suddenly pushed to July 23. How hard is it to deliver water?

We have been a loyal customer for over 25 years and the past few months have been disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. Missing deliveries, changed dates without notification, and no shows. Getting in touch with a representative is next to impossible. I'm sure I'm not the only one, so please, get it together!

I always had my water delivered by Ready Fresh. When they were taken over by PRIMO my deliveries got so messed up. Then told me my card was denied. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them and they couldnt tell me why? My credit rating is 816. They automatically take the payment and my card is fine. Always has been. My complaint is dealing with them was like talking to a wall. He kept apologizing. After all that time I was told someone would call me in 48 hours. Frustrating.

Whatever you do, stay far, far away from Ready Refresh!!!! Since they have changed over to Primo brands, their service and customer service has gone straight down the toilet. I reside in a town where we are unable to drink the water due to PFAS levels. We are very reliant on having water delivered on a timely basis to handle our family's needs. Over this past week, the company cancelled our deliveries FOUR times, all without the benefit of a text message, call, or email. This left me to have to drive around to different loca... read more

I've had ready refresh for about 7 years. Since the primo merger my water was rescheduled 5 times with multiple agents apologizing and saying they promise my order would be delivered on the rescheduled date. NOPE! Finally had enough and canceled my account
