Had ReadyFresh for years before they got acquired by Primo. They rescheduled delivery multiple times before I canceled their service. No one picks the phone, your best bet is to wait for an email response. App sucks. I still have a set of 5 empty bottles baking in the sun they won’t pick up. Anyone want them?
Absolutely the Worst Customer Service - Avoid Primo Brands at All Costs! Our experience with Primo Brands has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer service is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. We were repeatedly promised delivery dates that were never honored, and despite our account being fully up to date, they failed to process our payment correctly on their end. This company has gone so far down hill since it was bought out by Primo. I miss ready refresh. I’ve attempted to cancel my service and return my equipment three times now and they schedule a pick up but I get no confirmation of it and no one shows up to take my dispenser. Email them and they don’t reply. Call them and the reps are so scripted they are no help at all.
They’ve rescheduled our water delivery every day for the last three days, and today we got rescheduled from tomorrow to Monday. The customer service is non-existent. If there was any other company out there I would cancel with ready refresh. The service started out ok but has gone south the last couple of months. The app is not user friendly and it seems impossible to communicate with a human, to fix the service issues. BY FAR THR WORST WATER DELIVERY SERVICE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This company took over recently and holds a monopoly on water delivery services in the area. Ever since they’ve taken over, you have no way of knowing when you’ll get your water. They push back the delivery date daily and if you want to contact them, you have to wait on hold for at least an hour and then they can’t do anything anyway.
