Had them for over a year but recent price increases caused us to cancel the service altogether. Not to mention it’s slightly inconvenient to have to store 50+ gallons of water at times. Purchasing less would just mean more delivery fees so I always tried to get a fair amount. Today 4/20/26 they came to pick up my empties and cooler we were renting. Great company
Had ReadyFresh for years before they got acquired by Primo. They rescheduled delivery multiple times before I canceled their service. No one picks the phone, your best bet is to wait for an email response. App sucks. I still have a set of 5 empty bottles baking in the sun they won’t pick up. Anyone want them?
Absolutely the Worst Customer Service - Avoid Primo Brands at All Costs! Our experience with Primo Brands has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer service is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. We were repeatedly promised delivery dates that were never honored, and despite our account being fully up to date, they failed to process our payment correctly on their end. This company has gone so far down hill since it was bought out by Primo. I miss ready refresh. I’ve attempted to cancel my service and return my equipment three times now and they schedule a pick up but I get no confirmation of it and no one shows up to take my dispenser. Email them and they don’t reply. Call them and the reps are so scripted they are no help at all.
