Our experience with this service has been frustrating due to persistent delivery issues. Despite updating our payment information, we faced multiple failed delivery attempts. Although a representative initially reassured us that our delivery would arrive, it did not. Upon following up, we were told the old payment method hadn't been removed, causing repeated problems. Very inconsiderate company. Their drivers park anywhere they want, including blocking residential driveways, bike lanes, safety zones and they have no care about how they inconvenience other people. Tried calling the branch and their number goes back east?? So no way to contact them. Update: Manager was out of the office and an ex manager called and said he would leave a message for him to call upon his return?? Still waiting?
They've overcharged me constantly and I had to reach out several times to have it reversed. Further, they charge a week before the delivery and way before the invoice is ready, that plus regular price increases for the dispenser, rent, water, or delivery makes it so I have to constantly check my account against my credit card. It's a pain!

I had service for 7 months, my card was decline because I lost it and you can't changed on the app unless you call. The wait is around 30 minutes. For one reason they change my delivery to like once at month. I call to ask why they fix it but they will charge 46.46 twice at month. Also extra for delivery. But you are already paying delivery fee. I ask to cancel my services, they offer me to buy the equipment for 130. I say no, they offer me 10$ off my delivery I say no.
