Horrible company, unprofessional customer service.
Ever since the acquisition I have not gotten a delivery. I canceled my services after two months of repeated delivery cancelations. I have set up three appointments for them to come and pick up their equipment and bottles, the delivery company they contract with has marked every single appointment as completed but has yet to actually show up and take the equipment. Primo it sucks we keep Calling to have delivery but it take one month now no delivery happens. I Don know how the management handle their customers and their sales, well is not my business.
I am astonished this company is allowed to stay in business - avoid it at all costs. They have been rescheduling my deliveries for two months, moving it by a day each and every day, and haven't yet delivered a single bottle. Customer service is useless and keeps offering excuses and discount codes which get removed the next time the delivery is moved. Don't trust the replies they give on here, either - they say to contact them, and then just repeat the process above. Shameful.
I've been trying to get them to deliver since they consolidated with Alhambra- our last delivery was 4/21. They also won't waive a late fee, even though they're 2 months late. Long phone wait times for customer service, and I've been assured multiple times that we're getting a delivery 'tomorrow'.
