Is it possible to give less than one star? This company has repeatedly scheduled deliveries and service dates that were no shows. Difficult to reach customer support and very poor customer service overall.
Dear Primo, I am a new customer who only received my initial order as my next two deliveries were no-shows (July 14 and today, July 19). I even called earlier today and was told my water would arrive by 6 PM even though the original arrival time was by 5 PM. Even more, the 7/14 delivery was rescheduled to 7/19 without my knowledge. At this point, my husband is tired of putting the empty bottles on and off the porch. So I’ve been not get delivery on time I can’t even get a manager to talk to, to see what they can do getting water to me if you don’t have what I used then compare something that I use instead if me waiting and telling me my delivery dates one day then changing them without a text or an email
Website is buggy and delivery has been 11 days late. Horrible company i wish we have more options. Also has the audacity to raise prices when their service sucks!
This company is a CLOWN SHOW after being acquired by Primo Brands! They have yet to deliver my water on the day when it was scheduled and keep pushing the delivery date back. Go somewhere else, unless you like 0% on-time delivery and a full blown Clown Show!!!!
