So I’ve been not get delivery on time I can’t even get a manager to talk to, to see what they can do getting water to me if you don’t have what I used then compare something that I use instead if me waiting and telling me my delivery dates one day then changing them without a text or an email
Website is buggy and delivery has been 11 days late. Horrible company i wish we have more options. Also has the audacity to raise prices when their service sucks!
This company is a CLOWN SHOW after being acquired by Primo Brands! They have yet to deliver my water on the day when it was scheduled and keep pushing the delivery date back. Go somewhere else, unless you like 0% on-time delivery and a full blown Clown Show!!!!
They have been holding my amazon delivery for hostage since 06/22 because i did not want to buy direct from them when it ended up being over $10 higher due to them requiring a deposit. I did not get a dispenser btw. And I didn’t even need a deposit for my car. Rep Became unresponsive when i checked on it via amazon, email and text. They were all too eager when i was at work though to sell special pricing over the phone! What decade are we in? If I could give ZERO stars I would. We started with ready refresh, which was great. They were affordable and always on time. However, when primo took over our price went up $30-$40 and for the last two deliveries they have constantly rescheduled. Our last delivery was supposed to arrive June 23rd, which was rescheduled to the 24th, 25th, 26th, up to June 30th. Still no water.
