This company is a scam. I’ve had a recurring delivery of 5-gallon water bottles from them for years, but I never bothered to check the invoices against what they actually delivered. Recently, I ordered 35 bottles and only got 26, but I was still charged for the full amount. That got me wondering if this has happened before, so I went back and looked at all my invoices from today back to 2023.
