The worst company to deal with. Terrible customer service, terrible app and website. Everything is created in a very sneaky way to charge you as much as possible. I will never do business with them again and I don’t recommend it.
!!!RUN AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!!!! No one answered me to cancel my orders and subscription. All the water bottles got delivered and charged me another 40+ dollars that I ASKED FOR CANCELLATION about two months ago. When the customer service finally answered, I asked for a refund (and take back all the bottles that just got delivered). The agent said that my account was still alive (the request I sent TWO MONTHS ago was not processed YET) and can't proceed with a refund. WHAT A WONDERFUL SERVICE.
They keep on charging my credit card after cancelling services also. Worst service ever. Dont fall into this trap. its very hard to reach customer service also
talked to an agent and canceled my service but they never actually canceled it. they make it impossible to actually cancel the service. whatever you do don’t sign up for recurring deliveries because you’ll never be able to cancel them
