Since the merger, the delivery service is inconsistent and for some reason some drivers cannot seem to deliver the product at the correct address. In this age in technology, there's no excuse to drop off product at the wrong address, most companies would supply GPS. Stay away from Ready Refresh aka Primo water delivery! I had great service from Ready Refresh here in Pleasanton for years. They were recently acquired by Primo, and they haven’t delivered any water since (for 2 months now). They keep pushing the delivery date our by a few days at a time so that customers think, “it will be just a little while longer…” then it never comes. Unfortunately, since their merge the service has dropped immensely. Actually no service at all. They have rescheduled our delivery 4 or 5 times now and still no delivery as of July 3rd. Thankfully we still have enough for now. You cannot get through to anyone and trying to log onto your account is another night mare. This is the poorest merge I have ever encountered. And am currently looking for another supplier. Unless, Primo can get their act together within the next week they may loose a lot of customers.

Absolutely horrible company - avoid at all costs. Rescheduling deliveries for months, moving it by a day each and every day, and haven't yet delivered a single bottle. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of and keeps offering excuses and discount codes which get removed the next time the delivery is moved. They ruined a wonderful company by merging with them - can now only hope they'll go out of business and someone competent will salvage readyrefresh

Horrible service. After Primo and readyrefresh are merging, it's totally nightmare. 1. normally our recurring delivery (cases of 24 bottled water) cost about $70. In May it costs $200. They sent us different brand. How come one case of 24 bottles water cost $20!!! 2. We skipped delivery for June. But still got charged by $200. 3. endless waiting when call the phone number. And they hang up the phone or redirect to another team and endless waiting again.
