The worst company. I cancelled their service and even still they continued to charge my credit card. There is no way to take your credit card information off of their site or even turn off auto pay. So they are essentially just stealing money.
Since the merger, the delivery service is inconsistent and for some reason some drivers cannot seem to deliver the product at the correct address. In this age in technology, there's no excuse to drop off product at the wrong address, most companies would supply GPS. The lack of integrity by stating an order was delivered and it was not is unacceptable. Delivering a product Alhambra water is not what I paid for.. Stay away from Ready Refresh aka Primo water delivery! I had great service from Ready Refresh here in Pleasanton for years. They were recently acquired by Primo, and they haven’t delivered any water since (for 2 months now). They keep pushing the delivery date our by a few days at a time so that customers think, “it will be just a little while longer…” then it never comes. Unfortunately, since their merge the service has dropped immensely. Actually no service at all. They have rescheduled our delivery 4 or 5 times now and still no delivery as of July 3rd. Thankfully we still have enough for now. You cannot get through to anyone and trying to log onto your account is another night mare. This is the poorest merge I have ever encountered. And am currently looking for another supplier. Unless, Primo can get their act together within the next week they may loose a lot of customers.
