The worst company ever. The merger has been nothing but a mess. They don’t know what they are doing. Water machine has been out for 1.5 months.
Terrible! We had no issues with Sparklette’s delivery and used them for years, with consistent and friendly service. Ever since they were taken over by Primo, we have had nothing but trouble. We haven’t had a consistent or correct delivery in months! They keep changing our delivery date, pushing back delivery and just plain not showing up. I terminated my account in 2023 and still have their equipment and been trying to speak with someone to set up pick up going on almost 2 years this company is just ridiculous when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE
