I do not recommend getting this water delivery service. My water cooler stopped working the next day I got it. This water cooler is important to my shop because we work in the Texas heat and water is vital. I called numerous times to get them to fix it. when I called they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for the next delivery schedule for them to look at it which was a month away. The one star is because there’s nothing lower. It has been a nightmare dealing with deliveries over the past six months. Every single delivery has been rescheduled multiple times over several weeks. Despite numerous calls and repeated reassurances that the issue would be resolved, the problems continued. Primo Delivery is right on time, they have good prices, deliveries are always accurate and the driver is very quick, accurate, and polite. I can't even get any water delivered to me, I was with ready fresh back then, before I got into a house fire, they delivered on time, and I pay my bill on time . I've been trying to pick up where I left off ,and no one's ever available. Once I experience new experience with them then I will change my rating
