ReadyRefresh (Primo Brands) has been nothing but a headache. Customer service is completely unhelpful—every rep gives a different answer. Unreliable deliveries, they randomly cancel scheduled deliveries or show up with orders we already canceled, still charging us for them and then refusing to take the bottles back. They also won’t collect all empty bottles, only what’s convenient for them, leaving us stuck with a pile. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Have been a customer for years-they automatically cancelled service 2 months in a row now without notice. Trying to call customer service & can barely understand their representatives-do not barely speak English to help me resolve this issue. But best believe they took my payments-I am beyond frustrated-I need to speak with someone in management that can understand me-ready to cancel-wouldn’t recommend them at all!!!
Signed up made a delivery date they changed it without notifying me till delivery date do I don't think I can trust them
if i could leave 0 stars i would . haven't even received my products and the delivery has been scheduled 7 times after having to wait 3 weeks for the initial delivery . a merger shouldn't complicate business!! beyond disappointed
Do NOT trust this company – they stole my money! I’ve been receiving 4 gallons monthly from Ready Fresh, but recently I didn’t receive my order—and they still charged me without delivering anything. They didn’t even bother to ask or notify me before withdrawing the money. Since they “merged” with some unknown company, their customer service has been absolutely horrible—no response, no support, no accountability. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated.
