Watch out for these guys. They love to charge fees for mistakes they make.
Ever since Primo took over, the customer service has been horrible. They skip deliveries without notifying the customer, and when you run out of water, they don't take accountability for cancelling the delivery without notice.
Worst customer service, all they care about is the money and not about helping you it took me over 3 months to cancel my account get my deposit back and still had to contact them numerous times to issue my refund so I could close the account. I had customer service end chats in the middle multiple times. And still have yet to get my refund and close the account. More hassle than it’s worth.
They are charging me for administrative fees even though I have not got water from them in many years
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They deliver when they feel like it. Additionally when you give them two empties you get one full back. This place is the worst so I'm looking for other options.
