Consistently moving delivery out 2 weeks is unacceptable
My deliveries keep getting canceled with zero notice; they keep giving me water that isn’t what I’m supposed to get delivered or have set up to be delivered and it’s been 6 months and they still haven’t gotten the Aquaflo replacement delivered either. And we’ve had numerous delivery drivers; high turnover rate obviously for route drivers. These are just a few frustrations I’ve dealt with for the past year. I would not recommend Primo Brands based on my experience. Over the course of several months, I contacted customer service multiple times and spent well over an hour on the phone during each interaction trying to resolve a very simple issue. During a business transition, Primo Brands repeatedly delivered 5-gallon water bottles that were never requested. This is THE WORST water delivery service in Chicago. They never make their deliveries on time. They would keep rescheduling and rescheduling and would never show up. I’ve been without water for a week now. I Called customer service and it’s an oversea call center, all the representatives are great but they have no control over what happening here in the states. I will be cancelling my account. It had been a waste of my time and extremely frustrating dealing with them. Please do not waste your time.
Watch out for these guys. They love to charge fees for mistakes they make.
