Just do any other water delivery service honestly, do not do ReadyRefresh/Primo. The convenience is not worth it. I’ve had so many issues over the years with this company. Do not use if you are disabled, mentally or physically. They deliberately take advantage of you with 0 remorse. Also, buyer beware: when you cancel your account they find these arbitrary bottles out of nowhere and charge you $6 per ‘missing water bottles.’ Just try to ask them where they get the number from LOL I apparently have 35 missing. Terrible company. They can't deliver the bottled water on time, on schedule. Every time if the crew miss the delivery, the company never sends any notification.
The service is terrible. They can’t never deliver on schedule date. Very disappointing
Worst water delivery company ever their apps don’t even operate properly when you’re trying to schedule things and then over schedule water and then charges you for it as well never will use them ever again stay away from them, especially due to the amount of better off just going to the store
