Made multiple attempts to contact the company with no success regarding a delivery where all the individual bottles were stolen, to change the delivery schedule and a change in the number of bottles. The customer is always busy or requested to leave a message that will be returned. After multiple requests no returned call. No time for customers???????????? LEDs to lost account.
I've never been so annoyed with a company. They never deliver when they say they will, they don't pick up your empties, the prices increase without your knowledge, and I could have sworn I had the fancy reverse-osmosis water, but now, all of a sudden, I'm just getting plain water. I don't know what's going on with this company; it's terrible. And they won't let you quit them! I've called several times; each time, they just told me they'd show up next week, and they don't.
Ready Refresh by Primo , If I could give zero stars I would! This company is terrible. There is zero consistency and accountability with their delivery commitments. They changed my delivery date and after contacting customer service to cancel the first time they confirmed my water would be delivered on Tim and no-one showed up. They need to get the sales people out of our Costco’s and BJ’s. 0/10 would never recommend!
For nearly two months, Primo Brands would send notices that a delivery was on its way. Then they would reschedule each delivery 2-3 times. Then they would message saying it was delivered -- when we never received it. They charged us for all of these and for rent for the cooler that we tried to return. After I told them I was canceling their service, they tried to upsell me. Absolutely abysmal delivery service and shockingly unhelpful customer support.
