Absolutely WORST delivery service & customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! I’m so disappointed that Ready Fresh is not around & miss them every month! In the past 4 months Primo Brands cancelled my order twice & sent me a text stating they delivered my order and NEVER SHOWED! I just canceled this service today. Ever since Primo Brands took over Ready Refresh, the service has been unreliable and absolutely horrible. They've moved my delivery dates without notice. They didn't deliver the entire month of July. And now they just pushed my August delivery back by two more weeks. That makes two and half months since I received what's supposed to be monthly water service. All of the CEO apologies can't make up for this.
Agree with other recent comments. No service for the past two months. Canceling today.
Subject: Missed Water Delivery – July 29 Today, Tuesday, July 29, I received a text stating that my water delivery would arrive between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM. I have been patiently waiting, especially since my two previous scheduled deliveries were canceled by your company due to high demand. It is now 6:42 PM, and I am still waiting for my delivery. This ongoing delay is both unprofessional and frustrating.
For 5 months, and since the merger between Primo and Deer Park I have not gotten a scheduled timely order. I was with deer park for 36 years. And thousands of dollars later, and this is the service I now get. I'm now a week past of getting my scheduled order for the month of July. Can't get anybody to assist. I would not recommend.
