So disappointed in the service lately. They just keep pushing my delivery back with no help from the sourced out customer service people in another country! I will be cancelling and finding a BETTER service!
I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. My first delivery was canceled without any explanation. When I called to follow up, I was told it was due to a backlog—this same issue occurred with the next two scheduled deliveries as well. If the company cannot meet demand, it should not continue enrolling new customers. I would rate a 0 if we could. My water delivery from three weeks ago has been rescheduled every single day. I’ve emailed multiple times and gotten a new delivery date, when that date arrives it is then rescheduled again. The website, emailing, or phone calls get me absolutely nowhere. This is a service we have been using for years and can’t even get an answer from a real person anymore. Frustrated is an understatement
Please close your accounts with this place. I was with the for 20 years. 19 seemingly seamless. This past year/year in a half, I have had rude drivers, drivers leaving water in front of my business door blocking my business entrance, not delivering during business hours and changing my delivery dates without notice. I have been with ReadyRefresh for some years now. But now that it got took over by Primo brand It’s the worst. They reschedule me every day for two weeks now. Call customer service and take forever to answer. Got to speak to a supervisor they promised I should get my water They supposedly escalated my case. So far, no water and I see that my order says it’s on its way for delivery and then never shows up. Now it shows me that it’s scheduled for the next day.
