If there were any other water delivery companies, this one would certainly be out of business for their poor customer service. I have called many times to cancel my account but instead they put it on a permanent hold. I want my account canceled. Why? Because they already sent an unwanted order, billed me and then charged a late fee when they couldn't bill the card they had on file.
