Charged my card 4 times for 1 delivery, I’ve called and used the chat multiple times , every time they say they’re gonna refund they never do.
Cusotmer service is impossible to reach, everywhere is just bots answering. They took my dispenser that I bought with my own money without my permission. No way to reach real human. And they keep increasing the prices. You have to buy a subscription to get water delivered at a lower price. Then they increase price of subscription and they increase price of water. Water that can be filled for 2.50 cents, now cost 11$ per delivery with $100 subscription
The website is extremely unreliable and seems to be down far too often. Customer support has also been incredibly disappointing — almost nonexistent at times. I’ve had to call multiple times just to handle simple account tasks like updating billing information, changing a delivery address, or updating a payment method. At this point, it genuinely feels like the company has little interest in providing quality service or retaining loyal customers. If I can put 0, I would put! Horrible people, zero respect, zero customer service and they owed us money and sent $80 to debt collection because they paid them and closed account.
