Very bad
Just started service with company and I’m satisfied with there customer servicing!
I have not had 1 delivery on time - I always run out of water and need to go out and purchase my own - because they take it upon themselves to reschedule to several days later - the excuse is always problems with the linguistics of the route...
I’ve had this service for almost a year now! I really enjoy it and it saves my roommates and I money along with time. If the deliveries were ever running behind they would let us know in advance and I really appreciate that.
