TRASH COMPANY! KEEP SENDING OVERPRICED PRODUCTS I DIDNT ORDER! CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT RESPOND. CHARGED ME $23 per bottle while normal price is $7! SUEING THIS COMPANY!
Horrible service. Since Primo and readyrefresh are merging, it's totally nightmare. 1. normally our recurring delivery (cases of 24 bottled water) costs about $70. In May it costs $200. They sent us different brand. How come one case of 24 bottles water costs $20!!! 2. We skipped delivery for June. But still got charged by $200. 3. endless waiting when call the phone number. And they hang up the phone or redirect to another team and endless waiting again.
The worst company never received my water on time always month or two late :) And they have no solution to this What kind of BS are they running
Save yourself from this terrible business, if you can call it that, and run the other way.
ZERO stars! Alhambra spring water is a good product but this company has the worst customer service. Ever. Hold times are up to 60 minutes. Once you get through to someone they never solve problems.They don't respond to emails. Changed my delivery without notifying me--ten days in a row--and still didn't show up. Repeatedly ran out of water. Who needs the headache? Not me.
