If I could give this place zero stars I would. When we first started with this delivery service it was great. The deliveries were on time, our route guy was awesome and personable. As soon as this company merged it all went down hill and fast. Suddenly, I was getting 1 bottle delivered when I’d have 5 left out and charged a ridiculous amount of money randomly. Do NOT order water from them. Still charging me months after cancelling my service. The worst company ever
Zero or minus star. Worst company ever. They never deliver the bottles as scheduled. It will take months to receive just a single delivery if you spend enough time and energy calling them again and again everyday. Truly the worst service!!
I signed up for a ReadyRefresh water dispenser subscription through Costco. After canceling the subscription, I scheduled multiple pickup appointments for the dispenser, but no one ever came. ReadyRefresh has now billed me $239 for the dispenser and sent the account to a collection agency, even though I have proof of my return requests. As a Costco member, I’m requesting your assistance in escalating this issue to ReadyRefresh or the vendor relations team. Trust all of these reviews. Company went to shit once merged with ReadyRefresh. Primo wasn’t exactly great in my experience but even worse once it merged. Sad that this is what Costco endorses and gives a discount for.. Will be searching for better service elsewhere.
