Don’t do it!!!! It’s a complete scam! They tell you the bottles only cost $8.99 and then they just start putting random charges on! I would get 4 bottles every couple of months yet I was charged every month for their “rental fee” that I was never told about and I was also charged random amounts of money so my bill was $65-$70 every time I got water. They have huge lawsuits against them over this. STAY AWAY!!
We get Saratoga water delivered in bulk once every couple months. And they always put it in the garage, and it is always delivered on the day they say they're going to. Happy with their service.
These guys have been a headache since day 1. They asked “what day do you want your water delivered” I said Fridays. They waited a weekend longer than I requested and immediately started me on a Monday schedule. It’s a pain but fine. They come as early as 4am without notice. So sometimes they don’t get my bottles because I put them out before work. Also annoying but again, nothing is perfect. Today, they claimed they can’t get down my FLAT driveway to deliver the water. I call them they give me another number to call. That person gives me another number to call. An unnecessary run around. The customer service is really bad.
