We currently have 14 bottles waiting for pickup, and despite multiple calls from both my husband and I - often after spending over an hour on hold—we still haven’t received any resolution. Each time we’ve spoken with a representative, we’ve been assured that the issue would be handled, yet nothing has changed. We haven’t received a correct order since April. I’ve had two terrible experiences with ReadyRefresh. I ordered multiple 5-gallon Poland Spring bottles for my elderly mother who lives on the fifth floor. There’s a working elevator and ramp, yet the delivery team left the heavy bottles on the first floor (see photos). They refused to bring them up, even though their job includes delivering to the door and collecting empties. Third time I’ve called and been on hold for endless amount of time, usually more than 30 mins hold. You cannot reach them to change your dispenser, get cleaning, or cancel the account. DO NOT SIGN UP
