Clean facility
Management sucks. They don't know how to talk to people. They make you work late. And let you know at the last minute that you are working late. Make you work in the rain. It's worst then working for kiewit. If you are trying to gat a job there. Think about it. I would not recommend it. You can't be on your phone or drink energy drink. If you do you get fired.
Great company to work for. Opportunity for advancement and management has a great appreciation for their employees.
Workers are asked to long hours..go in at 7am & leave at 10:30pm and work 7 days out of the week. Ready Flo give your workers a break ...give them the weekend off to spend some family quality time.
