This experience outranks any I've ever had purchasing shoes. Jen was very knowledgable; spent a great deal of time listening to me, measuring my feet, trying different shoes, and even talking to me about the trails in and around the Austin area. I feel confident the shoes I purchased are just right for me. Furthermore, there was no pressure to make a purchase. I chose two sets of shoes, inserts and socks. Looking forward to continuing to do business here!

I came here last weekend, needing a new pair of running shoes. As a new runner, I was helped with gait and size assessment, and was kindly educated that I was wearing too large of a shoe. After trying on the Ghost 11s, and NB 808s in my actual size and a half size larger, I was able to feel the difference in comfort. Ended up purchasing the Ghost 11s, along with some local running shirts, a pullover, and a roller.
