RUDE AND DISMISSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OFFICE STAFF. You've lost a loyal long-term client! I've been a number of times, the staff at the venue are awesome, the game is FUN. I've gone with friends and I’ve taken friends. One time we played the game was glitching. After attempting to fix it, the staff offered us a refund, or vouchers for the two who could not play and 20% for the rest of the 6, this was excellent customer service. Fantastic fun - really Professional - Luke was an absolute legend! Apocolypse rocks- best fun I’ve had in ages - we did it for a work building event - will be back again soon for sure
A thrilling and immersive experience!!! Played Zombie apocalypse Genesis which had a good amount of gore and horror. Amazing customer service. I absolutely loved this experience, will definitely come back!!!!!
