For starters I would like to say Josh is an great amazing person, he was very respectful and very knowledgeable about the properties I inquired. I’m very picky and josh stayed very patient with me and kept looking to help me find my ideal apartment. Was on YouTube looking at different apartment tours and came across ReadySetRent. I messaged through FB around 1am and had a response by 8am. I asked if Josh would tour an apartment complex for me located by Sea World and he replied extremely fast and stated he was already on his way. Amazing response time and great video reviews.
Made the process of finding a place in my budget so easy! Found me a great location and visited the apartment with us to make sure it was what we wanted! He also gets videos of the apartments your interested in which is 1000% better than pictures.

Josh made finding an apartment so easy! I was living in Alabama and was unable to see anything ahead of time, but he made sure I knew all the information and got a video of the apartment before signing my lease!
