A wonderful relaxing space! It’s so nice to be able to work out next to my baby and not have to stress about needing to take a break to feed him or if other people will be bothered by an occasional baby noise. Indigo went above and beyond to make Family Yoga a great time for everyone.
If you’re curious about this studio, come! As someone who HATES yoga, these are the ONLY classes that I’ve truly enjoyed. All the pros: • Daniele is an excellent teacher, both funny & keeps it real. She’s attentive when you need different movements. Her position descriptions are helpful and memorable. Great hands on help too. • Clean & bright studio. Lovely atmosphere. I've enjoyed every class I've been to so far!
Every class I have been at has been wonderful. The instructors are so kind and welcoming and it’s obviously a very safe space dedicated to moms and babies. They have all been fun classes and it is great that there is a play area my son could play in when he was bored of the class with a wonderful person who watched him.
