My home is 3800 square feet in Virginia Beach. Before replacing my roof, I obtained price quotes from three roofing companies. All three quotes were similar in price, with Line by Line Roofing being about $400 lower than the next lowest price quote. I chose Line by Line because only they wanted to inspect my attic. Upon inspecting my attic they suggested improvements to my attic ventilation and also pointed out to me that my upstairs bathroom vent fans were venting into my attic instead of outside. Line by Line did a fantastic job replacing the peeling fascia and gutters and downspouts around my house. Jessica was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with and always either answered or got back to me quickly with any questions I had. Both crews that came did a great job cleaning up after they completed their jobs. I would highly recommend this company.

Line by line fixed my roof from the previous roofers that did it in properly. The cost savings was extremely great. It did take a little bit of time for them to come out and do it because they're in such high demand But that's understandable, considering what they were doing.
