Had a great experience from start to finish with Line by Line Roofing Company. Justin, the roofing contractor, was professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff, Ms Vicky, were friendly and efficient, and the installer (didnt catch his name because he was here to get the job done efficiently) did an excellent job. The entire process was handled smoothly—both administratively and technically. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I will definitely recommend them to others. Beware of Line by Line Roofing in Williamsburg. I reached out to them on behalf of my elderly mother, and it quickly became clear they were trying to take advantage of her. They were severely disorganized, their pricing kept changing, and the terms were never consistent. Instead of clear communication, we got vague answers and high-pressure tactics. I made the best choice in Line By Line to replace my old roof! I needed a company that would remove and replace my vintage aluminum siding from four dormer windows so they could be completely re-flashed, while taking care not to damage the siding.
