Beware of Line by Line Roofing in Williamsburg. I reached out to them on behalf of my elderly mother, and it quickly became clear they were trying to take advantage of her. They were severely disorganized, their pricing kept changing, and the terms were never consistent. Instead of clear communication, we got vague answers and high-pressure tactics. I made the best choice in Line By Line to replace my old roof! I needed a company that would remove and replace my vintage aluminum siding from four dormer windows so they could be completely re-flashed, while taking care not to damage the siding. Other companies would not touch the siding, or recommended the dormer aluminum siding be replaced with vinyl siding. Line By Line came through where the other companies would not. Line by Line roofing was fantastic. Same high quality GAF HDZ roof the big roofing companies sell but at a great price point. Chad Cleaver and his crew were great! Getting a new roof is a messy job but Chad and his team went out of thier way to clean up the work area and they put everything back just like they found it. They also did some minor rerouting of my gutters at no extra charge and the roof looks awesome. Highly recommend this company when you are considering a new roof.
