I bought a 2014 gmc acadia . It had a leaking water pump. He did pay for the part. The tranny jerked some. So we added extended warranty only to be told it will not be covered since they sold it that way in the beginning so were out another 6k. They were nice people but unfortunately they had to know that the trans was bad. They have mechanics. And he was one selling us on extended warranty because of issues of the vehicle model. All these great reviews are here for a reason! Joe is super nice and just wants you to be happy! Got a great deal on a beautiful van with low mileage. The tv screen in back was messed up but he had a new one put in. Very pleasant to work with and just a great experience all around. Would definitely buy from him again.
