Great service and a quick repair.
I inherited a Ryobi 401015us self propelled lawn mower from a family member. When brought home. It was dead. No power. Contacted Ryobi and spoke to a customer service rep and she looked up the serial number and said I had a full warranty and recommended Altaquip in Livonia. She even contacted them ahead of time for me. I called and they were closed on Mondays. The gentleman still answered and advised me to bring it in this past Tuesday when they open at 8:00 am. Fast and easy service. My issue was covered under warranty, and they were able to repair my lawn mower same-day. I just wish the hours of operation were longer during the work week.
