All the people I interacted with there were courteous and professional, but the lead technician who actually worked on my string trimmer went well above and beyond expectations in trying to address the issue (under warranty) that was causing the problem. I can't say enough positive things about her efforts.
I had Altaquip pick up my Ryobi riding mower to assess the issue with it not running. They picked it up, assessed the problem and told me it would cost $400 per battery, or $1,600 to change all 4 batteries. No thanks, I said. Ryobi sent me a link to the correct replacement batteries through Home Depot-$159.16 each, or $636.64 total. Now I get that they have labor fees, but more than TWICE the cost of the battery? A highly skilled professional people working at this company. They fixed my lawnmower in a timely manner at a very reasonable price, I could not have asked for more. I personally recommend this company to anyone who may have an issue with their lawnmower.
