Rick was awesome! He repaired my EGO snowblower while I waited even though I didn't have an appointment. He helped me unload it and load it from my vehicle and took great care to not damage the vehicle. Highly recommend!
Rick and the team was able to repair my snowblower within a week (would have been faster but needed a part). Rick was always upfront and honest about the repairs and his attempts to try and save me money. He was also a wealth of knowledge and provided me great tips for the snowblower moving forward. Would recommend to anyone
Rick fixed our mover in a few minutes, he knew the problem, it was still under warranty, I would really using again.
I dropped off my electric Ryobi lawn mower for repair. The mower had broken within the first year and was still under warranty. Rick immediately knew of the problem when I explained the issue as the part is commonly faulty on the Ryobi mower. Rick was very honest. Even though he thought he might have an issue sourcing the part, like he had in the past, he was able to obtain the part and fix the mower in one week. I would recommend using again.
Do not bring your EGO mower to Lowes for repair!! This company does the repairs for them. Pin to raise handle was stuck and would not retract. Called EGO for warranty claim and brought it to Lowes. Took this company a month to get machine back to me. Their solution to fix my problem? They just cut the pin that was stuck. Now my lawnmower handle will not stay locked in place.
