The staff provided assistance when I brought in my pressure washer with a disconnected soap tank line. Although they no longer repair that model, a repairman reconnected the line and secured it with a clamp at no charge. Instead of turning me away due to the discontinued service, they completed the minor repair. The experience reflected customer service and integrity.
Took my Ego mower in for a warranty repair fully expecting it to be weeks before they could get to it since they were the single authorized repair service in the area. The entire experience could not have been better! They had my mower repaired in 24 hours! I would give them 10 stars. It's rare to find a company anymore that knows how to treat customers, Altaquip does! They were organized, communicative, honest and friendly from the first phone call until pickup. 100% recommend.
