Extremely rude staff,.claim to set up appointments for repairs but do not then blame you. Speak to you as if you were ignorant or if you are the one who is at fault. UUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!! They treat tenants poorly. 7 year tenant. One star is to much. Communication was not a priority. Maintenance requests were very slow to be handled, if taken care of at all. Why would I stay so long if it was that bad? Because moving sucks and I didn’t realize it was going to get worse. The first month our sink wouldn’t drain, guess what, that’s not a matter for the landlord, I got stuck with a bill to snake the drains because of the previous tenants grease buildup in the pipes. I now understand all the gripes... Moving from Florida to San Antonio looking for the best school and finding the place we wanted on line was fine and to fight for a month to make sure we got the place and we did... But it wasn't move in ready... All the walls are disgusting and scratched and messed up and they only sent the painters in to do 2 bedrooms not the master, and one stupid wall in the living room and the whole damn place is nasty. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We stayed at a townhome on kingsbury way, and let me tell you straight up, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. The management is disorganized, they will steal your money, and not fix a single thing. Within two months of living here. We discovered BED BUGS painted over. They knew of the pre-existing vermin problems and painted over it. We had a dishwasher that was broken for TEN MONTHS of our 12 month lease. They are rude and disrespectful. We moved into this rental to find holes in the walls, mismatched paint on the walls and broken outlets. The maintanece and repair is the worst we've ever experienced. Fridge broke, it's been almost a week. When the toilet broke, it was 3 months before repair guy came out. Ceiling fan has been broken for the year we've been here. I end up fixing most things myself out of frustration.
