Whenever I have come here for service I have not had a problem. People are nice, courteous, helpful and flexible!
Rude on the phone and thay charge way to much
Horribly rude and Dangerous customer service. Really hurt myself because they forgot to give me ramps for the machine rented. Not only was I met with a horribly rude response from Jenny, but I was charged more money than what was agreed the day earlier. Stay away if safety is a concern... or if you are annoyed by bad customer service.
I have never been treated as rudely as I was at Ready Rental. Wow!!!
