For the past week I have been trying to reach Primo to give them our new credit card. Accounting was supposed to call me back but never did. I called this morning and the rep could not find our account. He put me on hold for 51 minutes and then disconnected me. I called back. On hold for 24 minutes after which I was transferred to the phone survey and disconnected. I am on my third call, on hold 20 minutes so far. Great service great team great product and nice convenience!!!
Stay away from this company!!! I have been with them for over two years and I have not had my water delivered in 2 1/2 weeks. It was supposed to be delivered 7-2-24, then they changed it with out notification to 7-9-24, then I get a text after 7pm saying it has been changed to 7-11-24. My water finally got here at 5:45pm
