Absolute worst company to deal with when you have a problem with a delivery. They will skip deliveries and cancel parts of your delivery without in forming and the driver can cancel whatever they fill like off your delivery. They will also not bring what you request. And the customer service is just the worst they say they are helping and will call you back i am now on day five of no return phone call. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
For the past week I have been trying to reach Primo to give them our new credit card. Accounting was supposed to call me back but never did. I called this morning and the rep could not find our account. He put me on hold for 51 minutes and then disconnected me. I called back. On hold for 24 minutes after which I was transferred to the phone survey and disconnected. I am on my third call, on hold 20 minutes so far.
