Jeff Banks was our realtor for the sale of our house and ranch property - a very unusual property in S. California, so we were worried about who finding the right realtor for it. Jeff has been WONDERFUL!!!!!!! First, his fee was a flat rate and much lower than other brokers. But despite his lower fee, he gave us FULL SERVICE - actually BEYOND full service!
