Started off fine, but make sure you get something in writing on the quoted price. Plus, every other maid service that I've had, if 'they' are going to give me a time to show up at my house, I expect them to at least send me a text when they're going to be more than an hr late...sometimes they were 2.5+ hrs late. Owner says they don't give times, yet they do. I have things to do as well & they're only here for 1 hr. Sending a text doesn't take that long or again, why give me a time? I recently messed up my foot and was unable to do so many house duties that needed to be done! I called ready maids and they had a crew come in and knock out all my duties quickly and beautifully! Not a speck of dust in site, even did my dishes, moved the couches and rugs and got all kinds of things my kids lost under the couches who know when! Lol! It was a great experience! My son gave me this service for my birthday & I was a little apprehensive about it. I shouldn’t have worried, the ladies did a fabulous job! I am so pleased with this service & will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Imelda and her ladies.
