Bought a ram from them in 2023. Was told there was only 1 $1100 claim on the vehicle. When I traded it in earlier this year I was shown the vehicle had multiple claims on it. Definitely would not recommend this shady dealership
Salesman was very unprofessional. He decided to completely ignore my texts and calls. I'm assuming he realized he didn't have anything in his inventory that matched my needs. A simple no would have been helpful so I didn't waste valuable time waiting for a response.
Extremely disappointed with ReadyCar. I would strongly recommend doing your research before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My experience has been extremely frustrating. Shortly after purchasing my 2015 Audi Q5, I started experiencing serious issues, including a check engine light, acceleration problems and an oil leak. Soo bought a dodge journey through mike at ready car. The first day upon delivery the ac didn't work... called him right away. Told me take it to a shop and they would deal with the bill.... texted him when it was going. When it was done told him how much... never heard a word back.. I tired calling him nothing... so I called ready car directly and asked for mike.
