Yesterday was my first positive experience with ReadyAir since the new ownership. Sean and Eric were knowledgeable and thorough and friendly. I liked that Sean took before and after pictures of what they did so I have for my records.
Ready Air is under new management and I can't be more excited! I know due to unfortunate circumstances, there was a temporary low... But now I'm looking forward to my service appointment! I appreciate you Mark and Andi!
We gave the new owners a try after Greg sold the business. I will never use them again and will advise the friends and family that we had referred over the years to also switch. Called for service on a weekend, asked for rate, advised the weekend rate. Tech came out and was there for two hours. We were charged for the two hours PLUS “travel time”?! Absurd.
