Today was the 1st time we have been here. They treated me like I had been a customer for 20 years. This is definitely our new vet fir our three dogs and a cat. Highly recommend.
Where do I begin with how wonderful this vet clinic is? They're great with your pets because they truly love animals! When our German Shorthair, Pepper, had pups, they were great with taking care of all our puppy needs from "puppy-dog tails" to vaccinations. When our our other German Shorthair, Donut, had a broken back leg-they made a bunch of phone calls to ISU & others to discuss the options of saving her leg, but in the end, Dr. Sampson rearranged his schedule to amputate her leg. The doctors and staff were very kind in dealing with us during the loss of two of our pets over the last year. We appreciate their professionalism and their consideration in sharing news with us that was difficult to hear.
So great! Big city care at small town prices and the entire staff was awesome.
