I haven’t used the service, but I never will. I was crossing the street at a crosswalk with my dogs and a baby in a Stroller when the readivet vehicle didn’t stop and drove around me putting everyone in danger. Shame on those people driving in lower Greenville Dallas Texas.
I can not express how amazing this at home care service is. Dr. Leah and the rest of the team are incredible. We recently had to make the decision to put our dog down and they were absolutely amazing through the whole process, kind, compassionate, respectful to our time and wishes. They even sent us a card after with hand written notes. And when it was time to drop off his ashes, in a beautiful box with his name on it, they included a small package of his hair, an ink print of his nose and a clay making of his paw! Dr. Paredes is amazing. She’s so kind, professional, and honestly just makes everything feel less stressful, for me and my pets. I have three, and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. She really takes the time to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Can’t recommend her enough!
I just love this office so much. Every time I’ve had to take my dog in I’ve felt they truly cared about my baby. Today I felt like family as they helped me to my car. I know they’ll call and check on me and my baby tomorrow. I trust them with my dogs life.
