Started coming here as of recently to have a piece of equipment serviced. Everyone from the first phone call was extremely helpful and informative. After bringing the piece of equipment to them to get serviced I had a lot of questions and when the girl at the counter couldn’t get me answers, she went in the back and got me a mechanic to talk to. I got the answers I needed and got some prices as well. I was very happy with my overall experience here and will be returning in the future and will recommend them to anyone.
I own a 25 year old Exmark walk behind mower. RTS has been working on my mower for 10+ years. Every other year they do my preventative maintenance. I use my mower for personal use so it has low hours. RTS changed my motor out 6 years ago and my transmission 3 years ago. After my transmission was replaced it didn’t seem right and I had it in to be checked. RTS gave it there seal of approval so I picked it up and began using it. After my 2nd mowing it failed.
