This place brings lack of punctuality to a whole new level. Appointment time at 12:30 pm. It is now 2:20, and I was just informed that my wife is still waiting to have her procedure. This is the first communication since she went back at 12:45 pm. This is ridiculous! Of course doctors never have to explain their lack of punctuality directly. They send minions to do it.
